First thanks for the comment, now to answer your feedback, the reason I haven't provided the first post yet is because I am still working on it! I expect to have the first post finished by (hopefully) this weekend, and then I will post it on next Monday. I will update the landing page with the blog posts as I post them also so future visitors can see some of the content/all of the content before deciding to sign up. I hope this provides an understandable excuse!

Suggestion: write two or three posts, publish them at your regular interval and then re-launch.

I will certainly re-post with an update as soon as I have more content, thanks for the feedback!

Are you considering revamping the UI to match with Material Design soon? Also It might be worth while adding a onboarding experience before the user is set up in the app. This would allow you to explain the buttons at the bottom better (speaking of which it might be better to use two different icons, like change the one on the right to a "reply arrow" or something like forwarding so the user knows that the button means they will re-ask the question).

Panteravaca, changing it to material design is on the cards. The idea behind choosing ":/ +ask" at the right bottom is to be consistent with the use of '+ask' throughout the QA card. Thanks for the suggestions. Will have to work on onboarding experience.

Libraries. How can the idea of the public library extent properly into the 21st century? Sure there are solutions such as Oyster and Scribd, but they would be considered private libraries that you pay subscription fees for, how can you scale a library to remain free without DRM traps in this day and age?

"Internet Exploder"

sure why not.

The whole idea is that it collects the top ten news stories of the day and presents them to the user.

Yea I plan on doing a ton more work, currently I am trying to get past Twitter's API limits but once I solve that it can refresh every page load.

Cache it to a json file?

Thats practically what I am doing right now, if it has been 15 mins, I pull in new tweets, if it hasn't i read from the cache.
