This is very good to know! I am currently setting up my old pixel 6 to be a permanent Google home terminal. I was thinking about trying Lawnchair, now I'm not so sure.
To be fair, this was probably six or so months ago when I last went through this. Niagra had the launcher / app switching issue, so did Lawnchair, even Nova Launcher (before I knew of what had happened to them). It could have been a general bug for all launchers except the OEM.
wow that's an old movie call back I hadn't thought about in years. I loved the whole sub-plot of the repercussions of being able to record and replay ones dreams.
Bagna Cauda! I went down the rabbit hole a few winters back trying to perfect that dip and it was awesome. Never "perfected" of course, but I got close enough to really enjoy the recipe. Paired well with the simple dish of olive oil packed tuna, spaghetti, heavy butter and some added capers. So good and very easy to whip up.
I normally love the Pudding (getting a pitch accepted would be a high point in my career) but this one is hard to read. So many of the screens give you different colored groups whose sizes are hard to compare.
Certain interests are already fabricating voices in political robocalls in New Hampshire. I chill at what the US will see as we approach the Presidential election this fall. Then again, maybe it will give us an early taste to better prepare for what is to come.
Might as well throw caffeine (coffee in particular) into that barrel as well if we are talking about addictive substance many of us casually use daily.
The point is its ridiculous to be wading in all this arbitrary nonsense. Why the heck else would Jefferson have been growing poppies at Monticello if he didn't intend for people to be able to grow and possess opium. Thats some 20th century bullshit after they screwed the pooch with alcohol prohibition TWICE, no?
Absolutely. As s teen in the 80s I was shocked the USSR collapsed as everything around me made them out to be this huge Russian bear that could kill us at any moment. Granted I was in the Midwest then away from 24h news cycle, and much closer to missile silos and military bases so perhaps that made a difference.
