I had headaches for 6 months before I heard about BVD. I got checked, and ended up getting glasses with +-0.25 diopter vertical prisms in them. A very small correction, but life changing. I felt like I was walking on solid ground immediately after putting them on. Definitely recommend getting checked for BVD because the fix is so easy, and the impact is huge.
