It sounds to me like a dishonest behaviour and conclusion. I must say I am neither a mathematician, nor a computer scientist, so I don't have a side to take, and I understand the formula, but I would not have raised my hand due to the fact there was only 5 seconds between the time the formula popped up about at the third of an already filled screen, and the request to raise one's hand. (And also because the one who raises his hand may end up cleaning the toilets. Beware.)
