Admittedly it's a very small sample size, but fwiw history directly contradicts this assertion.


Very true. When only one nation had atomic weapons, 100% of the nations with nuclear capabilities utilized them.


Could the same argument apply to personal firearms?


Especially when one of the countries has vowed, time and time again, to wipe another country off the map.
