'FinTech' in the UK is only in London. It also relies on the old boys network to keep 'the system' running, where everything is centralised in London and is full of corruption and world beating scandals. To them, sometimes the crime pays more than the actual fine.

It won't ever change, because that's the way the City of London is. It's always London.
