I hope Win11 will have the same uptake as new versions of android, ie not at all. As long as relatively few people upgrade it will prevent the rest of the industry from locking out the majority of users who happen to be on 'legacy' windows. MS is of course playing the long game and if the frog doesn't boil with Win11 he will by the time of Win12 or Win13.
