What about new leadership at Activision? I'm still confused about the business relationship between Activision and Blizzard.

Activision-Blizzard (the parent) has 3 major divisions: Activision, Blizzard, and King.

This does nothing to address the problems at the parent company (Activision-Blizzard) or Blizzard's siblings (King, Activision)
