A day or two ago it was all orange on black and said “welcome back to 1972” across the top.

Maternal mortality in the US is unacceptably high for a developed nation, and for black women it's off the charts. This has been the state of affairs since forever. I have utmost contempt for women who are just fine with no access to healthcare for large swathes of the people, but when an abhorrent procedure is no longer available, they take to the streets.

But don't worry, two months from now they'll run a different pig through the village. Excuse me, I need to throw up.
