In general, the design has gone towards have 3 to 5 redundant non-hardened computers with ECC that compare results and if one computer disagrees, restart it. Radiation hardening makes sense when computers cost tens of thousands, and weigh 10s of pounds, but now they are cheap, and only weigh a few grams.
