Google's always been kinda garbage at marketing. Their challenges don't seem to be technical, as much as organizational.


It is organizational. The amount of time people spend on performance reviews and other organizational dances can easily be harvested for more productive activities.

But no. Thousands of employees gotta do the dance for blind committees.


Wow, somebody has a deep wound that still hurts.


Or they’re simply commenting on Google suffering from a commonplace malady seen in many enterprises.
