They will pay a fine, which will a miniscule percentage of the profit they got from the work they did regarding OxyContin, nobody will be fired never mind go to prison. I would be absolutely shocked, if anything other than that happens.

It seems EXTREMELY unlikely that the fines / settlements outweigh the consulting revenue of one project, which was probably staffing 7ish people for several months. I would wager the costs here are over 10-100x the associated revenues.
