That is just about one of the worst licenses I've ever seen in a program. You did not limit your liability and added in a bunch of wording that could be used against you in a court of law.
I understand that you're just messing around, but this license will absolutely not cover your own butt, arguably the most important party involved. This is why it's almost always better to use a pre-written and battle-tested license instead of rolling your own.

If you include multiple licenses, it could be argued that it is dual-licensed and you could potentially end up in the worst of both worlds. It's best to just not mess around with anything before the header, if you can help it.
