I'm dismissing it because she has shown herself to be of poor character and not corrected her past mistakes and taken advantage where she had no right. It is black and white claiming ancestry, if your family is listed with a tribe - all good - otherwise no. There are no pure ideas in politics. There is the law, motive, and regulations. The person driving it is of importance on how they dealt with others in the past.
